In your download, you will find a folder called: /text-only-forms/. This folder contains the webforms only - in .txt format ( text format ) - ready to easily be copied and pasted into your own existing templates.
The table width of the order forms are about 555 pixels wide.
Be certain that you leave enough room if using your own existing templates to accomodate the forms.
