We use state of the art technology to track all of the visitors that we deliver to our customers. Typically we will send an overage amount just as an added benefit to you. In the unlikely event we haven't delivered the full amount of your purchased traffic, you have two options:
( 1 ) Extend the end date and we will complete your traffic delivery.
( 2 ) We will issue you a pro-rata refund on the undelivered portion of your traffic.

Even in today's high speed internet world, Flash websites have a much longer load time than conventional websites. In addition, there are still a great percentage of websurfers who are on a 56K dialup connection. A surfer who is visiting your page for the very first time may not be patient enough to allow it to load. They may simply close the window or click back on move on to another site.
