RESELLER [ TERMS / CONDITIONS ( TOS ) ]

This agreement shall govern participation in the FavoriteTraffic.com Reseller's program. By participating in our reseller Program you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as our General/Retail Customers Terms and Conditions found HERE Please be certain that you have read and agreed to ALL terms and conditions before submitting your reseller's application and fees.

These TERMS and CONDITIONS ( TOS ) are an agreement between you ("RESELLER, CUSTOMER, CLIENT") and FAVORITETRAFFIC.COM ("us"). They MUST be read and understood.

- The term 'RESELLER' shall refer to an individual or entity who accepts all terms and conditions of Favorite Traffic.com by submitting the Program registration fee and agreeing to the small monthly maintanence fee as published on our reseller's page seen Here however, FavoriteTraffic.com shall have absolute discretion as to whether or not it accepts a particular individual or entity as a reseller of our traffic.

- You are not required to have a website to become a reseller of our traffic. Resellers have been successful without, however we highly recommend utilizing a website as a sales medium.
- As a reseller, you agree to rebrand your traffic using your own business name, logos, trademarks etc., in part or in whole. We are not in partnership with you.
- You agree that you will not utilize any of the Favorite Traffic.com name,trademarks,logos or any other text,graphics or elements of the Favorite Traffic.com website. Our general/retail Customers/public TOS agreement is the only exception. We do require that your customers adhere to and follow the guidelines of our general/retail TOS agreement. You may place your own covenants and restrictions within our general/retail TOS agreement but any other covenants and restrictions that you place shall not circumvent,reduce, or eliminate Favorite traffic.com rules and stipulations
- You agree that, as a reseller, you are able to purchase traffic at our low wholesale prices,as published on our Reseller's Page with NO MINIMUMS, other than per order minimums.
- You agree that it is your responsibility to check current traffic prices and Favorite Traffic.com will not be responsible for inaccurate price quotes you may be using. Price changes do not occur all that often, however we do not email resellers when a price change occurs.
- You agree that, to initiate traffic flow for each order, minimum traffic purchases will always be ten thousand visitors (10,000) and then in increments of one thousand ( 1,000 ) visitors per order.
An order shall consist of a minimum traffic purchase in which that traffic purchased is assigned to one ( 1 ) single domain.
- You agree that YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED to make weekly,monthly,annual traffic purchases from us.
- You agree that all traffic purchases must be paid in full ( 100% ) before we will begin traffic flow.
- You agree that you must use and your customers must read and adhere to, our retail General/Retail Terms of Service agreement at all times.
- You agree, Without exception, Our General/Retail Terms of Service Agreement is the only text that you may copy from our website to yours. Please remember that no graphics or any other page elements may be copied from our website.

CUSTOMER ORDER / CHECKOUT SYSTEM
Our customer order / checkout system is available as a license of use and is an OPTIONAL PURCHASE. You are not required to purchase it or use it. The current price can be seen on our Resellers Page
It consists of small,efficient PHP scripts ( You will need to have PHP running on your webserver - virtualy ALL servers are running PHP) PLUS - HTML form pages which contain the various types of traffic we provide. This an excellent ordering / checkout system for you to display the traffic in which you offer your customers. It is the same program we use for our customers. It is integrated with Paypal. If you do not have a merchant accout, Paypal is an excellent - EASY way for you to process your online credit card transactions.

There are a minimum of 6 variables within each the PHP pages which will need editing to show your current prices and delivery options. In addition, accompanying HTML forms are fully editable AND once your customer has entered a traffic purchase information into the HTML order form, the checkout program will send your customer to an "Order Summary Page". This page ( dynamically generated via the order system/checkout php script ) is also fully editable to your liking and can prove to be valuable realestate for additional upsells before the customer actually pays for their order.
All facets of the customer order/checkout form are easily revisable. We will edit for you, 1 time, any or all of the folowing webpage template attributes;
Colors / color scheme of these template pages
Current colors are ( color are subject to change as we revise templates for distribution ):

FREE editing assistance strictly for use as a reseller of Favorite Traffic.com. We will be happy to assist you, 1 time for FREE, with those afformentioned parameters. Any other modifications you ask us to perform will be at a negotiated price between you - the purchaser and Favorite Traffic.com.
As stated above, we use the same checkout form on our retail website and it has given us no problems or errors. However, we DO NOT WARRANT, either express or implied, the customer order/checkout form.
- FavoriteTraffic.com nor any of its subsidiaries, representatives or licensors shall be liable to you or anyone else for any loss or injury or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or similar damages arising out of your access or use of, or your inability to access or use, the customer order/checkout system. You hereby waive any and all claims against FavoriteTraffic.com and its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, agents, representatives and licensors arising out of your use of the FavoriteTraffic.com customer order/checkout system.
- Our customer order/checkout system is not marketed as a shopping cart. By that we mean that, as marketed currently, it will allow your customers to select one item ( I.E. Premium USA traffic, one niche target such as "jewelry" AND one shipping method such as 7_day delivery of traffic. It IS a very efficient, wonderful method for a customer to select one item, one subcategory and one delivery method.
- You may continue to use the customer order/checkout system, as described in this agreement even if you are no longer a reseller of Favorite Traffic.com.

- You MAY use our customer order/checkout system anywhere you wish including non webtraffic uses. For example:
You may utilize it to sell T-shirts. Using this example, The customer order/checkout system will allow a buyer of your T-shirts to select one particular model of T-shirt, one color or design of T-shirt and one delivery option. This would require you to edit the customer order/checkout system to meet these needs. You may edit it to your liking and needs. Favorite Traffic.com will do custom edits for you, however those edits will be at a price negotiated between you and Favorite Traffic.com. We are not under any obligation to do free custom edits for you.
- Our customer order/checkout system will be made available to you, as a download link within your private reseller's page, in a folder zipped format. We recommend using WinZip (TM ) or similar to easily unzip the folder and view all of the files.
- Our customer order/checkout system HTML forms are implemented in a pre-made webtemplates for your use only. The webpage templates are not to be sold,leased,rented,given away at any time. They may not be used by anyone other than you - our reseller. YOU may use and edit the webpage templates to your liking and needs. Any other use shall constitute copyright infringement. A current example of the webpage templates may be viewed Here. We reserve the right to change,alter the webpage templates at any time. Favorite traffic.com has no obligation to send existing resellers copies of our updated,changed webtemplates.

- You agree that FavoriteTraffic.com shall retain copyright of the customer order/checkout system. You are granted a perpetual, non exclusive license to use it. The license is for one user ( Favorite Traffic.com reseller/purchaser ) in any application that purchaser wishes to uses it. You MAY NOT sell,rent,lease or give away. You must leave our Favorite Traffic.com copyright inside all of the customer order/checkout system files. ( It is NOT publicly viewable). There are no links to Favorite Traffic.com. Any violation of the afformentioned will constitute copyright infringement.
RESELLER RELATED REFUNDS
- The customer order/checkout program is non refundable either in whole or in part. If you are having trouble setting it up, will will do everything we can to help you get it working properly. We use it daily with no problems. We know it works very well. Since it is a copyable software program, we cannot offer refunds.
- The initial setup fee is not refundable either whole or in part.
DISCONTINUING YOUR PARTICIPATION FROM OUR RESELLER PROGRAM
- You agree to notify us via our resellers contact form, 10 calander days in advance, if you wish to terminate your membership within our resellers program.
- You agree that once you discontinue your participation in our reseller's program, you are no longer eligable to purchase traffic from us at the wholesale/resellers price.
- If, after you have discontinued yourself from our reseller's program, you wish to rejoin as a reseller you may, but the then current account set up fee will apply.
- We hope that resellers and ourselves will have a long and fruitful relationship together. We do our very best to resolve problems that may arise. On rare occasions we are forced to terminate resellers because of repeated Terms of Service violations/problems(TOS). As a last resort, we may have no choice but to terminate a reseller from our reseller's program. Any reseller terminated because of Terms of Service violations will not be accepted back into our reseller's program.

PRIVATE RESELLER ACCOUNT STATS
- Once you enroll in our resellers program, you will be given a username and password to log into your confidential reseller accounts page.
- This page will show your purchases from us, your customer's URL in which you sent traffic, notes, FavoriteTraffic.com news, currently unavailable or short supply traffic, and your account balances.
- You will be required to keep your username and password confidential.

SUPPORT
- We will never initiate contact with your customer for any reason. YOUR customers are just that - YOURS.
- We provide online support to our resellers. Generally we are available to help you an average of 12 hours per day Monday through Friday. We take customer service very seriously and do our best to respond to your needs within a few hours, often faster, during available times.
- In addition we are often in and out of the office during Saturday and Sunday.
- We are commited to giving you the best customer support we can. - We do not answer support questions from YOUR customers. You will need to handle that aspect of your business yourself.
- After you have enrolled and completed related payment in our reseller's program, we will enable a private support contact area which you will use to contact us if necessary.
- please note that you must use the same email address anytime you request support. ( Your email address is your contact login, reseller identifier name ).
- If you need to change your email address, you must notify us asap. Any delay in notification could result in a delay of being able to offer you support.
RESELLERS DISCOUNTS - SALE ITEMS
- Resellers will receive offeres of sale,reduced pricing,bonus webtraffic and other incentives available to them at various times. These will be shown within your private resllers page. All resellers receive the same discounts, sale pricing, bonus offers etc. Any and all sale pricing, bonuses,incentives will be time sensitive. They will be clearly labeled with an expiration time and/or date. These expiration times and/or dates must be adhered to. Any extention of expiration shall be at the sole discretion of Favorite Traffic.com.
- Pricing for orders - One hundred thousand ( 100,000 ) visitors and above ( per individual order ) may be negotiated in advance between resellers and Favorite Traffic.com at resellers request.
- Resellers, at no time shall be eligible for our retail discounts, incentives and other special/monthly offers aimed at/directed to/ made available for our retail clientele when purchasing through their resllers account. All reseller wholesale purchases must be made through the reseller ordering system at the current reseller pricing structure as published on our Resellers Page
